Minhag details.

Clarifications from Halfon Benarroch:
Following some uncertainty, I asked Halfon for clarification about some minor things at weekday Shaharith that I was unsure about:

v'hu rahum is sung introducing the tahanun on Tues,Wed and Fri,and Sun. then L'David is said seated, and the hazan remains seated until the end of tahanun, singing the coda verse, and only then rising and returning to the desk to say the kaddish.

When the sepher is read, Ashrei and Ubatzion are recited standing opposite the parnas, on other days, in the regular position.

After the sepher is returned to the hechal, the hazan recites ashkibenu, and then immediately makes his way back to the desk, reciting the next section of the service as he moves. He does not wait for the ark to be closed.

Kaddish for mourners is only recited on weekdays by the hazan if there are no other mourners present.
On Shabbat he recites the kaddish along with the mourners.
